Paula will again be part of this huge Tucson Festival of Books for authors. She will be signing her Bear & Angel books in the "Children's Book Pavilion." Date: Sunday March 12, 2017 Time: 12:15 PM to 2:15 PM. Paula is proud to be part of this free-of-charge community-wide celebration of literature.

Starting Thanksgiving Day, the Arizona Daily Star will run an advertisement (Tucson, AZ). Hungry? Check out the two food courts, beverage stations & snack booths. What to do? Meet some of the 350 authors. Purchase author signed books. (There are several ATM’s.) Take a photo with the authors. Take some workshops. Watch over 60 performances during the weekend. (Numbers can change.) Check out the "Science City" (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math, STEM). It is the largest science event in the state of AZ. Many vendors will have hand outs. Check out the Souvenir booth/s where you purchase something to take home. The first "Tucson Festival of Books," took two years to plan & started March 2009. More than $1,250,000 has been raised for local literacy organizations. Over $3-million to the local economy from visitors to the area.

"The Tucson Festival of Books"      Local Author Paula Goldsmith will be part of this huge author's event. She will be Signing Her Books in the "Author Pavilion Central"

The Tucson Festival of Books will be held on Saturday, March 12 & Sunday, March 13, 2016 (9:30 AM to 5:30 PM both days) on the beautiful University of Arizona campus in Tucson, Arizona. The Festival enters its eighth year as the fourth largest literary event in the country attracting over 450 authors and more than 130,000 participants during the weekend. The Tucson Festival of Books is located on the University of Arizona Mall along East University Boulevard, stretching from Old Main to east of Cherry Avenue - and in several nearby buildings. For such a large event, the location is relatively compact. Free public parking is typically available in the University's surface lots and in six garages: Cherry Avenue, Highland Avenue, Main Gate, Park Avenue, Sixth Street and Tyndall Avenue (the Second Street Parking Garage is not available for the public). The Festival offers two full food courts along with snack vendors. Net proceeds from the Festival - from the support of our sponsors, exhibitors, and Friends of the Festival - go to fund critical literacy programs in Southern Arizona.
